A deeply personal creation, the Carmen Diamond Ring is a one-of-a-kind collaboration between Concept Jewelry Design's Carmen Bokenfohr and designer goldsmith Emma Glover.

At its heart is an extraordinary octahedron polished rough salt and pepper diamond from Canada's Gahcho Kué Diamond Mine. Rich with natural inclusions and an unmistakable character, the diamond celebrates the beauty of nature in its most authentic form. Its unique shape is embraced by an organic, sculptural setting, surrounded by delicate golden beads that flow into the hand-textured band.

Originally envisioned and created by Carmen as a ring for herself, the piece became something more. As the design came to life, she felt its beauty and individuality were simply too special to keep to herself. It was a piece meant to be shared with the world.

The Carmen Diamond Ring is a reflection of two creative visions coming together, a shared appreciation for natural beauty, unconventional design, and the artistry of handcrafted jewellery. A truly one-of-a-kind treasure, with a story as individual as the diamond itself.

Jewelry is delicate by nature...

...so please be conscientious while wearing your jewelry and ensure you care for it properly. First and foremost, the best practice is to follow the motto: your jewelry is the last thing on before you leave the house, and first thing off when you come home. In reality it is difficult to follow this regimen routinely, so the bullet point is to always keep your jewelry clean and dry.

Remove your jewelry when bathing, beaching, exercising, applying perfume and lotion, house cleaning with chemicals, gardening, or sleeping. Avoid chlorinated pools as the chemicals may cause damage over time. We emphasize removal before: swimming (high risk of loss especially in the ocean), before climbing or lifting weights (potential danger to your finger if caught in an accident), before applying lotion or bar soap (can get caked into crevices and between settings which can dull stones or loosen settings), and lastly before sleeping (especially with prongs because they are prone to damage when caught in blankets or sheets).

Our products are shipped within 1 to 3 business days using the following carriers: FedEx and Canada Post. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.

We will gladly accept back merchandise in unused & unopened, and unworn condition for exchange or store credit within 14 days of your purchase in store, or upon the delivery date of your online order. Jewelry Items are subject to inspection and a refurbishment fee may apply. All natural Apothecary items are a final sale due to sanitary reasons.
