Below are some of are common questions about orders
Online orders take between 1-3 business days until pick up/delivery. This does not include the time it takes to ship, as that is location dependent. See Shipping + Returns FAQ below for shipping information.
Yes! We love to help customize the perfect piece for any occasion. Please contact us for all special order and custom design inquiries. See contact us button at the bottom of the page.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Most collection pieces are made to order with an average production time of 5-7 business days, however pieces that are in stock ship within 1-2 business days. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but instead would need to be Exchanged, adhering to those policies.
At this time, we do not offer payment plans, however, check back in future!
If we can accommodate the expedited time needed we will, depending on the piece and its availability. Please contact us for a rush quote. See Shipping & Returns for shipping times and/or expediting shipping as well.
Accidents happen and items get lost, but we are happy to help! Please bring in the piece you would like duplicated and we can quote you on making a match!
Absolutely! Bring your ring(s) in to us and we will confirm your new finger size and provide you with a detailed quote on the cost to size your piece.
We offer one complimentary ring resizing within 1 to 2 sizes for all Concept Collection rings within 1 year of purchase (*excludes international designer rings and tension set rings*) . Additional costs may apply for rings that must be sized more than 1 to 2 sizes.
Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Our products are shipped within 1 to 3 business days using the following carriers: FedEx and Canada Post. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on the delivery address, the time and shipment cost will vary. International shipments may have additional fees such as duties and distribution charges, depending on the location you are shipping to. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.
We will gladly accept back merchandise in unused & unopened, and unworn condition for exchange or store credit within 14 days of your purchase in store, or upon the delivery date of your online order. Jewelry Items are subject to inspection and a refurbishment fee may apply. All natural Apothecary items are a final sale due to sanitary reasons.
For any exchange inquiries, please visit us in store, or email carmen@conceptjewelry.ca / call (780) 458-4660 to arrange a return. We are not responsible for the costs of return shipping.
Please note that there may be an oversized delivery charge on packages that exceed 5lbs or a combined length and width of 108 inches. For large orders, we kindly ask to contact us in store so that we can quote accurate shipping costs for you.

We do offer this service though Canada's most respected gemological laboratory, Harold Weinstein Ltd., at $105.00 per item being evaluated. The approximate wait time for all jewelry appraisals is 3 to 4 weeks.
Yes we do! Whether it is a piece that was purchased from us or elsewhere, we are happy to evaluate and provide a detailed quote to you. Please contact us directly with any questions you may have.
We warranty our jewelry against craftsmanship defects for one full year from date of purchase. If a failure occurs, we will evaluate the failure, and if we find it is due to craftsmanship defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge. We do not warranty our jewelry against normal wear and tear. All jewelry is subject to wear, and we encourage our clients to have their purchases evaluated and cleaned at no charge here in store, while you wait within the first 30 days of purchase followed by twice a year to prevent loss of stones. We evaluate each case individually with the intent of making our clients happy.Â
* Due to the nature of all gemstones, a guarantee can not be offered on damages incurred on stones during wear.
Custom Design
Below are some common questions about our custom design process
A new piece has a number of different stages to go through in design & manufacturing, some faster than others, but in most cases, an order will take 8-10 weeks. If you have a specific deadline, let us know during your initial consultation, and we will do our best to meet it.
This largely depends on the metal used, stone selection, and design time involved in the piece. We can work with many different budgets. On average, our gold and platinum pieces start at about $3000 and up. However, we always provide a free estimate on all custom-designed work.
Of course. That's the beauty of a custom piece, you can control everything. If you have a specific budget in mind, please let us know as it helps us to recommend materials and gemstones to suit your budget. The only thing that cannot be manipulated is the time and labour necessary for the craftsmanship of your beautiful design.
Donât worry, we are very experienced at helping you overcome this obstacle. Using our in-store designs, we will be able to provide an idea of what your piece can look like and help guide you in the right direction. Once we have a clear understanding of your vision and have provided an estimate, we take a 50% deposit to create a CAD image of your design. This is a 3D image that will allow you the view the design from all angles. We can make minor changes at this stage to the design. Although fragile, the wax model can be viewed before casting into metal if needed to help visualize. This extra step can really help clients understand how the finished piece will look.
We are designers and have created a style which is recognizably Concept; itâs why our clients love us! Visuals of other designs can definitely help us understand your style, so feel free to bring some. These will be used as inspiration only for your design, as we choose not to copy. Instead, we will provide you with a unique piece that has been customized just for you!
Yes! We love it when clients bring us their heirloom pieces with much-loved gemstones or diamonds that they would love to rework into something new. While we do not re-work the old metal, we can provide you with a recycling scrap gold credit to apply to your new piece. New metal in your choice of 14k, 18k, or platinum will be provided. We are happy to work with any loose gemstones or diamonds that you may have as well, should you prefer to provide them yourself.
*Please Note: We only work in gold and platinum for custom design at this time. We are unable to provide any quotes for sterling silver custom-designed pieces.
Subscription Boxes
Below are some common questions about our yearly subscription boxes
Your first payment will be processed on the day you place your order, and your box will ship on the 15th of the next scheduled shipping month. Moving forward, recurring charges will occur on the 15th of the month your box is scheduled to shipâspecifically, February, May, August, and November.
By subscribing, youâre committing to a one-year seasonal plan (four boxes total). After your fourth box has shipped, please contact us directly if you wish to cancel or pause your subscription.
Unless cancelled, your Curated By Concept Box subscription will automatically renew each quarter.

All Curated By Concept Subscription Box purchases are a final saleâitems cannot be returned or exchanged.
All Curated By Concept Subscription Boxes must be placed on a separate order. Additional items cannot be included. If combined with other products, separate shipping charges will apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
