Laura Edwards is a contemporary abstract painter from St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. Her work is inspired by spending quiet, contemplative moments in the studio connecting with the slower side of our fast-paced modern world. Her pieces are created spontaneously and intuitively, unfolding and evolving as they progress. Laura’s materials are an integral part of her artistry; she uses natural earth pigments and non-toxic paint to incorporate earth-friendly, health-conscious practices into her process.
