Tarra Wedman is a potter based in Fallis, Alberta, where she works full-time in her studio and gallery. With over 25 years of experience, she creates functional and beautiful ceramic pieces using stoneware and porcelain, fired in a gas kiln. The natural beauty around Wabamun Lake inspires her work, which features hand-drawn patterns from her daily sketches. Deeply connected to the long tradition of pottery, Tarra takes joy in making pieces meant to be used and enjoyed.
