Concept will gladly accept back Jewelry merchandise in unworn and pristine condition for exchange or store credit within 15 days of your purchase in store, or upon the delivery date of your online order (minus the shipping cost) We process exchanges the same day they are received. A refurbishing fee may apply to items with minor wear. Special orders, markdown sale items and custom designs are a final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. This includes any stock items that have been altered in any way. All natural apothecary products are a final sale due to sanitary reasons.
For any exchange inquiries, please email email@example.com or call (780) 458-4660 to let us know merchandise will be arriving back. We recommend sending back any merchandise via insured mail for the full amount of the package along with a tracking number. We do not accept COD packages. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
We warranty our jewelry against craftsmanship defects for one full year from date of purchase. If a failure occurs, we will evaluate the failure, and if we find it is due to craftsmanship defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge. We do not warranty our jewelry against normal wear and tear. All jewelry is subject to wear, and we encourage our clients to have their purchases evaluated and cleaned at no charge here in store, while you wait within the first 30 days of purchase followed by twice a year to prevent loss of stones. We evaluate each case individually with the intent of making our clients happy.
* Due to the nature of all gemstones, a guarantee can not be offered on damages incurred on stones during wear.
