Inspired by the vineyards, orchards, and farms of the beautiful Niagara growing region of Ontario, Provisions Food Company was founded by Lori McDonald, cookbook author, and chef.

Their talented and passionate team handcrafts delicious jams, condiments, shortbreads, seasonings, and more in our small-batch production kitchen.

 Provisions craft their delicious specialty foods with high-quality, all-natural ingredients, and source their ingredients from local farms, orchards, and vineyards whenever possible.
