Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping. We will gladly accept back merchandise in unused & unopened, and unworn condition for exchange or store credit within 14 days of your purchase in store, or upon the delivery date of your online order. Jewelry Items are subject to inspection and a refurbishment fee may apply. All natural Apothecary items are a final sale due to sanitary reasons.
