Our products are shipped within 1 to 3 business days using the following carriers: FedEx and Canada Post. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.

For all Jewelry purchases, we recommend using FedEx. However, please note that FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address - like your house or office - in the 'ship to' portion of your order. All FedEx shipments will require a signature upon delivery. All orders placed before 2pm Tuesday to Friday should be shipped the same day but this is not always guaranteed. If you require 1 day shipping, please call the store at (780) 458-4660 to insure your order can be shipped to arrive the following day. Please note that we are closed Sundays, Mondays and all STAT holidays.

Our studio closes at 1pm on December 24th and re-opens the next business day after January 1st.
