We highly recommend returning sending all jewelry pieces back to our studio for any necessary adjustments or repairs. We offer one complimentary ring resizing with all Concept Jewelry Design Collections rings within 1 year of purchase (*excludes international designer rings and tension set rings*) . Please contact our studio before sending any jewelry for resizing, repair or alteration. 

Please note that jewelry can break the first time you wear it or after many years and...some wear and tear is natural. Please contact us and we will work with our designers to get your piece repaired, or repair it ourselves. We will let you know in advance any repair charges, in addition to the shipping charge to get it back to you.
