In many parts of the world it is known as just Karite Butter. Shea Butter has been produced for centuries for it’s protective and hydrating properties. Vitamin A in Shea Butter is important for improving a number of skin conditions including eczema and dermatitis. The Shea Butter we use in our formulations is crude/raw and sourced from Ghana, raw/crude Shea still holds all of its natural integrity and is not over processed. Extra Virgin Coconut Oil: Coconut oil is commonly used as a skin moisturizer due to its vitamin E content and positive antioxidant action in the body. Antioxidants help stop tissue damage in the body and prohibit oxidation, one of the major sources of skin aging.
